Tandem Technology Framework - Project Manager
Oversee the execution of projects within the Tandem technology framework, ensuring alignment with Asset and Wealth Management objectives. You will develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies while monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary for successful delivery. Coordination with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure objectives are met is central to this role. You will communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders clearly, facilitate meetings and workshops to drive progress, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves utilizing Tandem technology to optimize project execution, implementing best practices in project management, managing project budgets, and driving innovation and continuous improvement. You will provide guidance and support to team members, analyze project outcomes for improvement areas, and foster a collaborative and productive work environment. A minimum of 9 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field are required.
