As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for managing technology across complex projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions. You will lead and mentor a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and boosting overall productivity. The role involves conducting comprehensive code reviews, establishing quality assurance processes, driving performance optimization, and implementing best practices and coding standards. You will ensure process compliance within assigned modules and participate in technical discussions and reviews, including feasibility studies covering technical alternatives, architecture best practices, risk assessment, component breakdowns, and estimations. Collaboration with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables is a core responsibility, along with preparing status reports and managing escalations.
