As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for managing technology across projects and providing technical guidance and solutions to ensure successful work completion. You will define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the development team. A key part of the role involves mentoring and developing team members to enhance their technical capabilities and boost overall productivity. You will ensure process compliance within assigned modules and participate in technical discussions and reviews, acting as a technical consultant for feasibility studies covering technical alternatives, architecture best practices, risk assessment, component breakdowns, and estimations. Additionally, you will prepare and submit status reports to minimize project exposure and risks and ensure timely closure of escalations.
