Sr. Technical Project Manager (Java/.NET)

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with deep experience in delivering innovative digital Java/.NET solutions to address complex business challenges. You will coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work, initiate new business development efforts, and ensure successful end-to-end delivery of customer projects. The role involves overseeing customer relationships and expectations, resolving customer issues during engagements in collaboration with the Account Manager, and identifying and managing engagement risks while addressing major issues early. You will contribute to overall project management, time estimation, and resource scheduling, create revenue and resource forecasts, and deliver regular engagement reports. Developing comprehensive project plans with time estimates, quality measures, and resource requirements is essential. Additionally, you will assist in analyzing client processes, propose new models, workflows, or innovative solutions, and leverage generative AI to improve productivity and efficiency in project delivery. Financial experience in handling P&L at the project or account level is required.
