Bilingual IT Infrastructure Engineers

Manage and monitor IT infrastructure in a 24x7 environment, ensuring uptime and optimal performance. Provide operational support and resolve incidents promptly following ITIL/ITSM processes. Act as a bilingual liaison between Japanese and English-speaking teams to facilitate smooth service delivery. Work on servers, networks, cloud platforms, and middleware tools as per project needs. Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation. Candidates must hold Japanese language certification (JLPT N1/N2/N3) with strong English communication skills. Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts across PAN India operations is required. Freshers with Japanese language certification are also welcome to apply.
