Technical Project Manager – (Java/.NET)

This Technical Project Manager role requires a professional with a strong background in Java and .NET technologies to drive end-to-end delivery of software solutions. You will coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work, support new business development initiatives, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards. The role involves managing customer relationships and expectations, addressing issues collaboratively with account managers, and identifying and escalating engagement risks. You will handle project management tasks including time estimation, resource scheduling, revenue forecasting, and preparing project documentation such as timesheets, billing information, and progress reports. Additionally, you will develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, resource needs, and deliverable criteria, conduct needs analysis, and recommend innovative business models or workflows to improve client processes. Proficiency in Agile methodology and experience with code reviews and project documentation (HLD, LLD) are essential.
