Sr. Project/Delivery Manager - Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals

We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Leader to oversee the successful execution of a portfolio of technology projects within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector. This is a strategic, delivery-driven leadership role requiring exceptional client-facing skills, deep understanding of enterprise IT delivery models, and the ability to manage and grow relationships with senior stakeholders.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include establishing delivery roadmaps, resource plans, and performance metrics across workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to project governance frameworks, SDLC/Agile methodologies, and compliance requirements including GxP where applicable.

The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, managing expectations, facilitating executive-level presentations, and translating complex technical concepts into business-relevant insights. You will also promote adoption of AI in the project SDLC, mentor team members, manage portfolio budgets and financial controls, and oversee vendor performance.

Candidates must have 15+ years of experience in IT project or program delivery with extensive exposure to Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals, proven experience managing enterprise technology initiatives such as digital transformation, cloud migration, and data platforms, along with strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
