Senior Systems Engineer - Cloud Operations

As a Senior Systems Engineer in Cloud Operations, you will be responsible for provisioning and maintaining GCP cloud resources to ensure scalability and security. You will collaborate on GKE cluster OS upgrades, container OS version management, and patching activities. The role involves executing cloud onboarding and infrastructure updates using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, as well as proactively monitoring logs and metrics to address performance or availability issues. You will diagnose recurring issues and contribute to automation efforts and runbook development. Enforcing backup policies, validating restoration processes, and supporting access management for governance compliance are key aspects of the role. You will also work closely with customer teams to resolve infrastructure-related issues, maintain operational manuals, runbooks, and supporting scripts. Flexible availability for shift work is required.
