Chief Test Automation Engineer - .NET

As a Chief Test Automation Engineer specializing in .NET, you will lead test automation initiatives and work closely with scrum and development teams to design scalable test automation solutions. You will drive testing strategies and implement cutting-edge practices to optimize release cycles. Your responsibilities include ensuring repeatable tests are automated to reduce test cycle time, participating in scrum teams to define and refine unit, integration, and performance testing, and creating, executing, and maintaining scripts and tools for various testing frameworks. You will design large-scale solutions with deep technical detail, collaborate with business stakeholders to identify project requirements, and build test automation solutions that are maintainable, extensible, and modular following SOLID principles and design patterns. Additionally, you will create and maintain shared test automation frameworks usable across multiple projects, define comprehensive test automation strategies including roadmap, tools, and approach, evaluate and select the best automation tools, and maintain documentation for automation processes and configurations.
