Lead Java Full Stack Engineer (Angular)

We are looking for a Lead Java Full Stack Engineer with strong frontend skills in Angular and a solid backend foundation to join the Identity Management team. You will be responsible for the maintenance and support of the IQ product, including incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and bug fixing. You will ensure unit test coverage and automation, establish tools to track and control SLAs, and support deployment processes including hotfix releases. The role involves day-to-day leadership of the engineering team, cross-team knowledge sharing with feature development teams, running change management processes, and negotiating with other support service levels on the client side. You will also be responsible for creating documentation and helping triage incoming requests. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring deep expertise in Java, Microservices, Angular, and ITIL processes, along with proven experience running support services with committed SLAs.
