This Staff Customer Service Support role in Bengaluru is part of Emerson''s global Shared Service Centers and is responsible for managing customer orders, product returns, quotations, and resolving inbound and outbound customer queries across pre-sales and post-booking activities. You will use Oracle, SFDC, and Outlook to provide accurate and timely customer experiences, follow up on pending actions across phone, email, and chat channels, handle post-booking activities including logistics coordination and trade compliance review, and drive continuous improvement for the Customer Operations organization. The role includes mentoring junior team members and building customer intimacy through account-based tiering. A minimum of 6 years of experience in Shared Service Centers and advanced English communication skills (B2+) are required. Oracle and SFDC application experience is a plus.
