Senior Software Engineer – Python.Core

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions using Python as the primary language. You will analyze and gather requirements to design optimal solutions, oversee application development ensuring proper coding practices and performance, and build reliable database designs optimized for PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server. The role involves leading integration and deployment pipelines with GitHub Actions to uphold CI/CD standards, collaborating with Agile teams following Scrum principles, and enhancing front-end capabilities using ReactJS where needed. You will provide technical leadership to maintain application stability, troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in databases and applications, and drive innovation by identifying improvement opportunities across software solutions. This role requires strong proficiency in Python, database management, and CI/CD automation.
