Delivery Manager – (Java/.NET)

We are hiring a Delivery Manager with a proven ability to design and implement innovative digital solutions for complex business challenges. You will spearhead key application and product development initiatives, drive successful customer engagements, and ensure delivery of high-quality results. Responsibilities include coordinating detailed customer proposals and statements of work, driving new business development opportunities, and managing project delivery aligned with customer expectations. You will cultivate strong customer relationships, ensure adherence to processes and methodologies, and collaborate with Account Managers to resolve issues. The role involves identifying and escalating engagement risks, participating in project management activities such as time estimation and resource scheduling, creating revenue forecasts, and generating regular engagement reports. You will develop project plans integrating timelines, resources, and quality assurance, analyze client processes, and recommend effective business models and digital solutions. Advanced hands-on coding experience with Java and/or .NET is required alongside project management expertise.
