As a Senior Success Guide for Data Cloud and Agentforce, you will serve as a trusted subject-matter expert helping strategic customers realize value and accelerate adoption of Salesforce's Data 360 and Agentforce platforms. This role blends technical expertise with business acumen to deeply coach customers on best practices and product capabilities.
You will engage with Premier and Signature customers both reactively and proactively to enable, advise, and optimize their current Data Cloud and Agentforce usage. Running engagements aligned with product capabilities and tailoring conversations to unique customer needs and opportunities is a core responsibility. You will deliver 1:1 Success Requests, Expert Coaching Sessions, and act as a trusted advisor.
The role requires a strong understanding of how Data Cloud serves as the foundation for Agentforce, enabling real-time intelligent decision-making by centralizing and harmonizing enterprise data. You should be able to articulate how these products support Customer 360 use cases, AI-driven marketing automation, personalized engagement, and predictive customer insights across Sales, Marketing, and Service Clouds.
You will collaborate closely with Success Managers, Account Executives, and Support teams to help customers reach business goals and drive measurable product adoption. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and driving thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing are key expectations. Fluent English and 4-6 years of customer-facing experience in the technology industry with strong data and AI expertise are required.
