About the Role

The Manager, Success Guide - Industry Clouds is a strategic and people-first leader responsible for hiring, developing, and empowering a team of Industry and Revenue Cloud Success Guides who deliver expert coaching and proactive customer engagements virtually. You will set the standard for delivery excellence, ensuring consistent best practices and influencing global engagement strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include all aspects of team management—hiring, onboarding, training, and career development—as well as coaching Success Guides to deliver high-quality engagements that drive adoption and business impact. You will track and communicate key performance metrics such as CSAT, completion rates, throughput, and reach percentages to drive accountability and continuous improvement. Building trusted partnerships across Support, Product, Onboarding, Architects, CSMs, and other teams is critical. You will present to and manage stakeholders up to EVP level, collaborate with peer managers to scale best practices globally, lead enablement efforts for evolving products, and identify innovative approaches to increase reach and adoption. Fostering a culture of trust, inclusivity, and growth while actively leveraging AI tools to drive team productivity is expected.
