Agentforce Forward Deployed Engineer

The Agentforce Forward Deployed Engineer designs, builds, and deploys sophisticated AI-powered and Salesforce-native solutions to address complex enterprise customer challenges. You will work directly with customers to implement intelligent automation, agentic workflows, and scalable integrations using the Agentforce platform and broader Salesforce ecosystem. Core responsibilities include designing and developing intelligent agents using Agentforce—covering prompts, topics, actions, orchestration workflows, and AI-driven automations—and implementing enterprise integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures. You will build high-performance applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and modern JavaScript frameworks, and develop complex automation leveraging Flow orchestration, Platform Events, Data Cloud, and AI-driven processes. Ensuring engineering quality through automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and code review best practices is essential. You will also monitor and troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, optimize solutions for large data volumes and governor limits, and mentor junior engineers. Participation in discovery and technical design workshops and translating business requirements into production-grade solutions is expected.
