This senior-level role focuses on architecting and delivering complex AI-driven and Agentforce-powered enterprise solutions. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic customers, translating business challenges into scalable architectures and guiding the design and deployment of intelligent automation systems. Key responsibilities include designing complex Agentforce solutions with multi-agent orchestration, prompt frameworks, and autonomous workflows, as well as leading development of RAG frameworks, vector database integrations, and knowledge grounding strategies. You will facilitate architecture workshops, produce enterprise solution blueprints, and architect enterprise data ecosystems integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with external platforms. The role requires architecting multi-cloud Salesforce implementations spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. You will design robust data models, define automation strategies leveraging Flow and Apex, architect secure sharing and visibility patterns, and govern enterprise integration architectures using REST/SOAP and event-driven patterns. Additional responsibilities include establishing DevOps and release frameworks using Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines, leading architecture risk assessments, mentoring engineers, and providing Voice of the Customer feedback to product teams. Must have experience in at least 2 end-to-end Agentforce projects.
