Consumer Goods Solution Architect

As a Consumer Goods Solution Architect, you will support the full implementation lifecycle from scoping to deployment for Salesforce Industry Cloud solutions. You will lead functional workshops, demonstrate leadership in solution designing, delivering, testing, and deploying complex Salesforce projects for clients in the Consumer Goods industry. Responsibilities include leading architecture and design efforts, advising customers on overall enterprise architecture and how Salesforce fits within it, conducting in-depth requirements analysis, and developing strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor driving conversations with Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders to shape the architectural vision and establish program roadmaps. The role requires building sophisticated business processes using native Salesforce Industries technology and the Force.com platform, managing customer expectations, and negotiating solutions to complex problems with customers and third-party stakeholders. You will anticipate and manage architectural risks, provide guidance to project teams including developers, administrators, and partners, and work with integration architecture, platform security, identity and access management, data architecture, and sharing and visibility patterns.
