As an Agentforce + Data Cloud Success Architect, you will drive successful outcomes for strategic enterprise customers by leveraging deep technical expertise in data, analytics, AI, and the Salesforce platform. You will serve as a trusted subject-matter expert on Agentforce and Data Cloud for the broader Success Architect organization.

Your core responsibilities include engaging with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, DevOps, performance, and solution design specific to Agentforce and Data Cloud. You will identify and evaluate capability gaps, recommend standard product solutions or creative custom approaches, and facilitate discussions with executive stakeholders to align technology strategy with business value and ROI.

You will run playbooks from the Success Architect engagement catalog tailored to customer-specific needs, build strong relationships with internal and external partners, and drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing. The role involves guiding customers through migration to and optimization of Agentforce, ensuring seamless integration with Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds for Customer 360 use cases.

Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years in enterprise consulting with experience implementing enterprise software solutions in the Analytics/CDP space, at least 2 implementation lifecycles of Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP + AI, and demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes focusing on data and integration architecture.
