Agentforce Technical Manager (Salesforce experience mandatory) New
Salesforce is hiring an Agentforce Technical Manager for its Global Delivery Centre (GDC), blending people leadership, technical architecture, and delivery ownership. You will lead teams building intelligent AI agents, copilots, and autonomous workflows while defining architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and enterprise deployment patterns for Agentforce implementations.
On the technical side, you will architect scalable, enterprise-grade Agentforce solutions, design intelligent agents leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks, and define reusable patterns for agent skills, guardrails, and multi-agent collaboration. You will lead integrations across Salesforce Clouds, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and external systems, and establish RAG, knowledge grounding, and document ingestion architectures.
As a people leader, you will manage and mentor a team of Agentforce engineers and architects, drive hiring and onboarding, conduct performance reviews, and build high-performing delivery pods. You will own end-to-end delivery for Agentforce initiatives, partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Customer Success teams, and manage risks and execution roadmaps.
Governance responsibilities include defining AI governance and guardrail frameworks, establishing DevOps and CI/CD standards, and ensuring compliance with Responsible AI and data security policies. Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture and hands-on experience with conversational AI and intelligent agents is required.
