About the Role

Salesforce is hiring a MuleSoft Technical Manager within the Professional Services team. This is a hybrid role that is 50% billable — combining people leadership with hands-on technical delivery. You will lead a team of technical architects and consultants delivering MuleSoft solutions to customers, while also working directly with customers and partners to solve critical business challenges using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform.

As a people leader, you will be responsible for career coaching, project oversight, performance management, recruiting, and onboarding new architects. You will build the practice through leading internal initiatives, contributing to the technical practice business plan, developing methodology, and creating team enablement programs.

On the delivery side, you will lead customer, partner, and MuleSoft technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects, providing hands-on guidance to influence standards for development, governance, and the operational lifecycle. You will architect MuleSoft integrations across on-premise and cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployment configurations, with strong expertise in API and integration security.

Collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Product teams is integral. Experience with MuleSoft AI developments such as Mule AI Chain, Topic Center, API Catalog, MCP, and Agentforce Connectors is expected. Familiarity with AI & ML concepts including predictive and generative AI, RAG, LLMs, and Agentic AI is also highly valued.
