Senior User Experience Designer New
As a Senior User Experience Designer at Salesforce, you will work on distilling complex problems and proposing clear, efficient, and consistent solutions across web, mobile, and tablet platforms. You will be part of a team that brings powerful visions to life with the latest technologies and the Salesforce platform, focused on serving actionable intelligence for every business use case.
Key responsibilities include influencing and communicating the UX vision to a wide variety of stakeholders, building strong partnerships across Design, Product, Engineering, and Marketing disciplines, and solving complex UX design problems. You will collaborate closely with product owners and managers to find opportunities for new products and features, validate assumptions through user testing and research, and work with engineering to deliver polished final products.
You will own various web and mobile application interfaces, evangelize new interface guidelines and design patterns, and reinforce a design-thinking culture that leverages the best product, technology, and innovative talent. Using analytics, user research, and other approaches to help make decisions and iterate on products is expected. The ideal candidate has a deep appreciation for simple solutions to complex problems, thrives in a fast-paced agile environment, and is a tireless advocate for the end user with deep empathy for their everyday challenges.
