About the Role

As a Salesforce Technical Consultant within the Industries team, you will be responsible for delivering rapid, value-driven customer solutions for complex business problems by leveraging native Industry Cloud functionality. You will turn the program designs of Solution Architects and Technical Architects into configured solutions that meet customer needs with minimal customization.

Working predominantly in Agile scrum teams, you will build out complex business processes using Industry Cloud technology and the broader Salesforce platform toolkit. You will be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle — from low-level design and development through to deployment and post-production support.

You will acquire deep product knowledge of Salesforce Industries vertical applications, particularly in the financial services industry, and mentor customer and system integrator resources while accelerating knowledge transfer. You will also act as a champion in the wider Salesforce Industries partner ecosystem, sharing best practices, lessons learned, and time-saving techniques.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be equally comfortable crafting emails, leading whiteboard discussions with customers, and delivering technical presentations.
