Lead, Account Solution Engineer New
As a Lead Account Solution Engineer in the ESMB segment, you will collaborate closely with Sales teams to engage prospects and existing customers, showcasing the powerful capabilities of Salesforce's applications and platform. You will lead outcome-driven discovery conversations to deeply understand customer business requirements and co-create future visions on the Salesforce platform aligned with short and long-term digital transformation goals.
Your day-to-day involves delivering compelling product demonstrations, building solution presentations, prototypes, and roadmaps that articulate how partners can implement solutions to move from current to future state. You will provide thought leadership on how organizations across industries can drive customer success through digital transformation.
You will act as a trusted advisor, sharing expert perspectives on business value, authoritatively presenting to managers and executives at all levels. The role also includes delivering functional and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs, demonstrating conceptual knowledge of integrating cloud applications with existing business systems, and leading multiple customer engagements concurrently.
You will engage in ongoing training and certification programs, and serve as a liaison between product and enablement teams by offering valuable field insights to drive solution evolution.
