This role is part of PwC''s Oracle Services Practice and focuses on helping organizations implement and optimize Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to meet their human capital management needs. You will participate in customer workshops for requirement gathering, pilot demonstrations, end-user training, and testing activities. Responsibilities include performing system setups based on client requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and supporting the full lifecycle of Oracle HCM implementations. Experience in the domestic (India) market with Oracle Fusion HR or eBS HRMS and Payroll modules is essential. You will work closely with client stakeholders and collaborate within cross-functional project teams to deliver effective solutions.
