As a Senior Technical Consultant for Salesforce Test Automation, you will lead test automation efforts across complex Salesforce implementations. You will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for Salesforce applications covering UI, API, and integration testing, and lead end-to-end testing of Salesforce implementations including Core Clouds, Industry Clouds, and custom applications.

You will develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with business and technical requirements, performing functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce releases. Validating complex Salesforce integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools is a key part of the role, along with ensuring data integrity and security across environments.

On the DevOps side, you will integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions, and support Salesforce release cycles and post-release validation. You will collaborate with development teams to enable shift-left testing and continuous quality practices.

As a technical leader, you will act as a Test Automation advisor, mentor junior automation engineers, participate in solution design discussions to ensure testability and scalability, and work closely with clients to translate business processes into robust QA strategies. You will also define and track quality metrics, manage defect lifecycles, and provide clear test reports to stakeholders.
