Senior Manager, Technical Consulting (Finance or Insurance domain exp mandatory) New
As a Senior Manager of Technical Consulting focused on Insurance and Financial Services, you will join Salesforce's Global Delivery Centre (GDC) team and play a critical role in managing, training, and building the careers of a technical consulting team of up to 35 reports. This role is 25% billable, where you will serve as a senior technical architect on Financial Services domain projects, and the remainder is dedicated to team leadership. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring Technical Consultants on Insurance and Financial Services implementations, ensuring they deliver highest-quality solutions that meet customer needs. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them in deploying emerging technologies that drive business value. You will lead Enterprise Architecture and Governance for enterprise-level engagements, shape architectural vision, and establish program roadmaps with customer stakeholders. Additionally, you will identify and lead internal initiatives to grow the Insurance and Financial Services consulting practice, lead functional and technical workshops, manage project teams leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud, and manage customer expectations while negotiating solutions to complex problems.
