As a Senior Success Guide for Service Cloud at Salesforce, you will help customers accelerate their adoption and realize measurable business outcomes by combining deep product expertise, hands-on solutioning, and consultative engagement. You will partner directly with customers to understand their business needs, align them with Salesforce capabilities, and co-create solutions that drive faster time-to-value.
Your responsibilities include gathering and translating business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions, delivering org health assessments using tools like Salesforce Optimizer, and conducting advanced security assessments across key domains such as application security, authentication, access management, and data protection. You will collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while reviewing and contributing code to troubleshoot complex platform challenges.
You will lead interactive demos, proof-of-concepts, and collaborative solution-building sessions to drive feature and cloud adoption. Delivering expert coaching sessions with prescriptive recommendations and technical guidance tailored to each customer's needs is a core part of the role. You will also act as a Subject Matter Expert for Service Cloud, supporting internal enablement and mentoring other Success Guides.
Continued professional growth through certifications and staying current with Salesforce innovations is expected. The role requires hands-on Salesforce development experience including LWC, Apex, Flows, and integration capabilities.
