As a Senior Technical Consultant on the MuleSoft Global Services Delivery team, you will work directly with customers and partners to solve critical business challenges using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform. You will provide hands-on technical guidance during implementation projects, assess customer technical and functional requirements, and design cost-effective integration solutions that deliver measurable business value.
You will serve as a subject-matter expert, advising customers on best practices and standard methodologies for on-premise, cloud, and hybrid integration as well as API management. In the first few months, you will complete MuleSoft technical certifications, shadow senior architects, and begin delivering implementations. Over time, you will own the full delivery lifecycle—creating architectural blueprints, leading requirements-gathering workshops, driving development standards and governance, and contributing reusable content and IP to the broader organization.
You are expected to identify risks throughout project engagements, propose mitigation strategies, and deliver compelling presentations that influence the strategic direction of customer projects. Collaboration with diverse technical teams comprising clients, system integrators, contractors, and internal staff is essential.
