About the Role

As a Technical Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for designing and managing the successful delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for customers. You will collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations while leading technical design sessions and documenting solutions aligned with client business objectives.

You will provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects, follow and define coding standards, lead code reviews to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns, and manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements. The role also involves participating in technical landscape discovery and Proof-of-Concept development with prospects.

You need expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Commerce Clouds, along with strong knowledge of systems architecture, design patterns, large data volume best practices, data sharing and visibility considerations, and platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth). Experience with data integration tools and environment/release management is essential.

You will lead a technical team, own customer and team engagement, maintain billable utilisation targets, and enable team members on the latest Salesforce products. The role requires 9-15 years of CRM experience with a minimum of 6 years on the Salesforce platform, with travel estimated at 50-75%. Flexibility with work hours is needed for global delivery collaboration.
