Salesforce Technical Architect - (Manufacturing industry exp mandate) New
As a Technical Architect focused on Manufacturing industry solutions, you will support the full implementation lifecycle from scoping to deployment. You will be responsible for end-to-end enterprise application solutioning, designing and building Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud solutions.
You will lead a team of developers driving optimized solutions for clients, conduct functional and technical workshops, and serve as a trusted advisor to client Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders. Your role involves shaping the architectural vision and establishing program roadmaps.
Key duties include leading integration efforts with external systems to ensure seamless data flow and API interoperability, designing and implementing Manufacturing Cloud solutions to optimize business processes and drive digital transformation. You will manage customer expectations, negotiate solutions to complex problems, and proactively identify and manage risk areas.
The role requires deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystem technologies including OmniStudio, Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Understanding of manufacturing processes such as Sales Agreements, Warranty and Claims Lifecycle, Inventory Management, and Partner Visit Management is essential. Strong knowledge of integration architecture, platform security, data architecture, and Apex design patterns is mandatory.
