As a Technical Architect specializing in Life Sciences and Health industry solutions, you will support the full implementation lifecycle from scoping to deployment. You will become a deep product expert with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Health Cloud applications, working closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure customer success.

You will serve as the technical lead for Life Sciences Cloud implementations, architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that comply with industry regulations such as HIPAA, GxP, and PHI. You will define and oversee data models, security architecture, API integrations (FHIR/HL7), and performance optimization strategies.

Key responsibilities include leading a developer team across multi-cloud implementations ensuring seamless integration between Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio framework. You will conduct functional and technical workshops, serve as a trusted advisor to client Enterprise Architects and business partners, and establish architectural roadmaps for digital transformation.

You will build complex business processes using native Salesforce Industries technology, research and recommend AppExchange applications, create custom enterprise applications, and integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems. The role requires proven experience architecting enterprise-level Salesforce solutions in life sciences or healthcare, strong understanding of regulatory compliance, and deep expertise in OmniStudio, Apex, Lightning Components, and data architecture.
