As a Technical Architect specializing in Retail and Consumer Goods solutions, you will support the full implementation lifecycle from scoping to deployment. You will become a deep product expert in Retail Execution or Trade Promotion Management applications and lead functional and technical workshops while designing, delivering, testing, and deploying enterprise-scale solutions.

Your responsibilities include preparing user journeys, reviewing user stories, data modeling, and applying Apex design patterns and LWC along with modern UI techniques. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, engaging with their Enterprise Architects and business partners to shape architectural vision and roadmaps. Leading customer expectations and negotiating solutions to complex problems with customers and third-party partners is essential.

You will build sophisticated business processes using native Salesforce Industries technology, the Force.com platform, and integration tools. The role requires expertise in Salesforce Retail and Consumer Goods Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, Vlocity OmniStudio, and domains such as Trade Promotion Management & Optimization, Retail Execution, Visit Planning, Salesforce Maps, and Sales Agreements. Strong integration architecture skills including REST and SOAP APIs, authentication mechanisms, and CI/CD practices with Git are required. Salesforce certifications (Admin, Developer, Application Architect, OmniStudio) are preferred.
