Salesforce Project Manager New
As a Salesforce Project Manager (Individual Contributor), you will lead and own the end-to-end delivery of global Salesforce implementations using Agile methodologies and AI-enabled delivery practices. You will be accountable for delivery excellence, financial performance, governance, and stakeholder alignment with a strong customer-first mindset.
You will manage scope, timelines, risks, resourcing, and dependencies while protecting Sold vs. Delivered margins. Leading Agile delivery using Scrum and SAFe frameworks, you will drive sprint execution, backlog prioritization, delivery predictability, and high-performing cross-functional teams. You will develop and manage integrated project plans and delivery roadmaps with transparent progress reporting and risk visibility.
The role requires driving stakeholder alignment through executive reporting, governance forums, and proactive escalation management in complex global environments. You will establish and enforce delivery governance, standards, and best practices while optimizing project resourcing and managing budgets and forecasts. You will also encourage the strategic adoption of authorized AI technologies to boost team efficiency and optimize delivery cycles. This role requires timezone flexibility for global customer alignment and willingness to travel as needed.
