As a Senior Technical Architect / Technical Architect, you will design and manage the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions encompassing Salesforce products and APIs, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, mobile development, and integration/ETL technologies. You will collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables, translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform, and lead technical design sessions.

You will provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects, define and enforce coding standards, lead code reviews to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns, and manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements. The role involves deep-diving into projects to debug issues and occasionally participating in pre-sales activities such as discovery sessions and proof-of-concept development.

The ideal candidate possesses expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite (Sales, Service, Community, Marketing Clouds), systems architecture for scalable performance-driven solutions, key design patterns, large data volume best practices, and data sharing considerations. Strong knowledge of authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth), data integration tools, environment and release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, and platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL) is required. Travel to client sites is estimated at 50-75%.
