Strategic Account Executive - Automotive Industry New
As a Strategic Account Executive focused on the Automotive Industry, you will drive enterprise-wide strategic sales initiatives targeting the largest automotive companies in India. Your territory will include a blend of existing clients with expansion revenue opportunities and net-new prospects. You will own the entire sales process from territory planning through deal closure, with a strong emphasis on new business while growing existing accounts.
Within the first 30 days, you will formalize a go-to-market territory strategy and build a qualified target account list. You will develop pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging deep market sector knowledge. Engaging with prospect organizations, you will position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, business-case definition, value analysis, and analyst data. You will lead the end-to-end sales process by engaging appropriate resources including Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners.
The role demands accurate monthly forecasting, daily CRM pipeline updates, and consistent revenue delivery against targets. You must balance short-term results with a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation. Prior success selling into large enterprise automotive companies is required, along with 15+ years of enterprise solution sales experience in CRM, ERP, or similar technologies.
