As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Data Conversion at IBM Consulting, you will lead and manage the entire data conversion process for clients, ensuring the successful migration of data into their Workday environment. You will plan, analyze, and scope data conversion projects including EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) to ensure efficient data conversion and progressive enhancement of data quality.
