Package Consultant-Workday Data Conversion

As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Data Conversion at IBM Consulting, you will lead and manage the entire data conversion process for clients, ensuring the successful migration of data into their Workday environment. You will plan, analyze, and scope data conversion projects including EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) to ensure efficient data conversion and progressive enhancement of data quality. Your role involves participating in design sessions to develop solutions that meet client needs, managing end-to-end project coordination, and ensuring successful rollout and post-implementation support. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and expectations, providing expert guidance throughout the conversion lifecycle. Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards is a core expectation of this role.
