About the Role
Act as a technical product owner and platform manager for an enterprise-scale B2B eCommerce solution. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and prioritized backlogs while ensuring platform reliability and scalability. Collaborate with global product, engineering, and architecture teams to deliver integrations with ERP, CRM, OMS, and PIM systems. Provide guidance on performance, security, and risk management while ensuring smooth coordination between India and U.S. stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement by adopting modern eCommerce technologies and Agile delivery practices.
