Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead) New
As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will manage and guide a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and uphold quality across the application lifecycle. You will leverage your business and functional expertise to develop end-to-end testing strategies using established quality processes and methodologies. A key part of the role involves defining and implementing metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution. You will act as a subject matter expert, making critical team decisions and collaborating across multiple teams to provide solutions to complex problems. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to align with industry best practices, and ensure efficient achievement of project objectives.
