This role involves providing technical support and operations for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform across multiple environments. You will manage ServiceNow tickets including incidents, requests, problems, and changes while ensuring adherence to SLAs and ITIL best practices. You will act as the key technical contact between internal support, infrastructure teams, and Dassault Systèmes for issue resolution.
Responsibilities include monitoring system health and performance using ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Jenkins, and HP OVo, as well as analyzing logs, alerts, and metrics to proactively identify and resolve potential issues. You will implement and refine automated monitoring dashboards and alerting mechanisms to improve uptime.
You will manage and execute PnO deployments, configuration rollouts, and environment refreshes. Additionally, you will maintain user roles, licenses, and permissions in 3DEXPERIENCE aligned with semiconductor engineering project structures. Participation in root cause analysis for recurring or critical incidents and contributing to continuous improvement plans is also expected.
Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with UNIX/Linux systems including shell scripting and troubleshooting, proficiency in ServiceNow ticketing, and familiarity with 3DEXPERIENCE architecture and modules such as ENOVIA, CATIA, and DELMIA. Working knowledge of database operations (Oracle/SQL) and log analysis is required. Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing domains and exposure to automation scripting (Python, Ansible) or cloud environments (AWS/Azure) is preferred.
