Connex Developer

As a Connex Developer (Delivery Executive), you will be responsible for managing a single engagement or domain within a client account, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery. Your key responsibilities include managing stakeholder communication with clients, developing strong relationships with key client IT stakeholders, and acting as the first point of escalation for engagement managers both internally and towards the client. You will oversee delivery profitability and productivity, establish a proper governance framework, and ensure accurate and timely reporting. Additionally, you will lead commercial management activities, participate in contract negotiations, and proactively seek to expand the client footprint by identifying, anticipating, and driving new business opportunities. This is an entry-level Delivery Executive position, typically for a smaller account or a smaller domain within a larger account.
