Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer at Broadcom, you will lead the design of intuitive and user-centered experiences for enterprise software products and platforms. You will conduct user research, create personas, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and development teams. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate complex technical requirements into elegant, accessible interfaces. You will champion design best practices and usability standards, mentor junior designers, and drive design consistency across products through the development and maintenance of design systems. Additionally, you will conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights to continuously improve the user experience.
