Account & Relationship Manager New
This role is responsible for managing and growing key client accounts by building strong, long-term relationships with customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. The position involves understanding client business needs and aligning Wolters Kluwer's solutions to address those needs effectively. You will conduct regular business reviews, track account health metrics, and develop strategic account plans. Collaborating closely with internal teams such as product, support, and sales to resolve client issues and deliver exceptional service is essential. Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and driving contract renewals are also key responsibilities.
