Senior Legal Counsel New
Serve as a senior legal advisor providing strategic legal guidance across a range of corporate matters for a global information services organization. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including licensing, SaaS, partnership, and vendor contracts. Advise business units on regulatory compliance, intellectual property, data privacy, and risk management issues. Support M&A activities including due diligence, transaction structuring, and post-acquisition integration. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product, finance, and executive leadership to assess and mitigate legal risks. Manage outside counsel relationships and ensure cost-effective delivery of external legal services. Stay current on evolving legal and regulatory landscapes impacting the technology and publishing industries.
