Client Data_Team Leader New
Lead and manage a client data team responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of client data across systems. Oversee daily operations including data onboarding, validation, enrichment, and remediation processes. Coordinate with upstream and downstream stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and drive continuous improvements in data quality standards. Mentor and develop team members, manage workload distribution, and ensure adherence to service level agreements. Collaborate with technology and business partners to implement data governance frameworks and support regulatory compliance requirements.
