Agility Senior Associate
Serve as a key agility practitioner within JPMorgan Chase, facilitating agile practices and driving continuous improvement across technology and business teams. You will coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies to enhance delivery velocity, quality, and predictability.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies. Help teams identify and remove impediments, track key metrics, and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration. Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery commitments.
Drive adoption of agile best practices across the organization, support release planning activities, and contribute to the maturity of agile frameworks at scale. Identify process bottlenecks, propose improvements, and mentor team members on agile principles and values.
