Senior Product Associate

Drive product strategy and execution for key initiatives within JPMorgan Chase, working at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience. You will own the product roadmap, define requirements, and prioritize features to deliver high-impact solutions for internal and external stakeholders.

Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and leverage data insights to inform product decisions. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

Manage the product backlog, participate in agile ceremonies, and ensure timely delivery of product increments. Track product performance using KPIs and analytics, iterate based on learnings, and communicate product vision and progress to senior leadership. Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization within the product domain.
