As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will join a high-performing implementation team focused exclusively on ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects. You will serve as an independent contributor and track lead for implementation areas such as incident management and integrations. Working on Scrum principles with fast-paced two-week sprints, you will design technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to address business needs, acting as a Solution Architect or Senior Developer as required. You are expected to have prior experience in ServiceNow implementation projects (not enhancements or managed services) with knowledge of one or more modules such as ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, or CSM. You will also develop innovative automation solutions to improve process efficiency and contribute to practice development through hiring, resourcing, presales, or innovation initiatives.
