Consultant - FDD

As a Consultant in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) at KPMG, you will play a key role in executing due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing target companies' financial performance, assessing quality of earnings, reviewing historical and projected financial data, and identifying financial risks and opportunities. You will prepare detailed due diligence reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders.
