AM - AR Collections New
As an Assistant Manager in Accounts Receivable Collections, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end AR collections process. This includes monitoring outstanding invoices, following up with clients on overdue payments, and ensuring timely collection of receivables. You will analyze aging reports, escalate delinquent accounts as needed, and work closely with internal finance and billing teams to resolve payment discrepancies. The role involves maintaining accurate records of collection activities, preparing periodic MIS reports, and driving process improvements to reduce days sales outstanding (DSO). You will also coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with organizational policies and support the overall order-to-cash cycle.
